No. Open the editor and draw; the content stays in the browser on this computer. Sign up only if you want to manage several cases, open them on another computer, or share.

In the editor, click the folder icon at the top left and sign in with Google. The first 30 days are free and you are not charged when the trial ends.

With a subscription, yes: cases are stored in your Google account, so sign in on another computer and they are there. The free version lives in one browser only.

Add a time point for each session; it starts as a copy of the previous one. Draw what you learn later on the new point and the earlier picture stays as it was, so you can compare.

Free: in your browser. Subscription: in a private EcoGenogram space in your Google account. Neither is on our servers.

No. Only when you share does content pass through our server on its way to the other person, and it is not stored.

Case content never reaches us, so collecting, using and safeguarding client data is the responsibility of you and your organization. We are responsible for account, subscription and sign-in records, as described in the privacy policy.

Email us and we delete the account, subscription and device records on our server. The case files in your Google account are not deleted.

Free content is in your browser and subscription files are in your Google account; none of it is in our hands.

US$6 per month, monthly only. Sign-up includes a 30-day free trial with no automatic charge at the end; subscribe in Settings to keep going. Payments are handled by Paddle.

You get a 21-day grace period with everything working. After that the account becomes read-only: you can view but not edit or export. Fixing the payment restores access immediately.

You keep access until the end of the billing period. After that your files stay in your Google account and you can sign in to view them, but not edit or export; subscribe again to continue.

You share a whole workspace, as editor or view-only. Both people need a subscription. The other person sees the same file, so there are never two versions.

Everyone it is shared with becomes view-only and the owner cannot send new invitations. Once the owner subscribes again, everything is restored.
